The EQ-i 2.0 is a model that allows you to see an overall story of your emotional social functioning using five facets – each relies on and influences the others. They work together to create healthy emotional intelligence – and all are of equal importance. 


While all are of equal importance, and each influence one another, self-perception is where you begin the EQ journey. Understanding ourselves allow us to better express ourselves, which leads to positive interactions with other, which leads to making good decisions. Making good decisions allow us to manage stress better which leads to understanding emotions better and so on.
